What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We use Australia Post and Star Track for all our deliveries. The delivery options and charges are calculated for you on the shopping cart page.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept credit card payments via Paypal. We also accept Direct Deposit to our bank account, the details are provided on the order confirmation page.

How long will delivery take?

Most items are kept in stock or manufactured within 2 business days. Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days. You are able to track delivery online.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use advanced security measures to keep your data safe. We do not store credit card details. We also do not share your data with any third party sources.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once payment is processed your order is manufactured if not in stock, then packed for shipping. Once shipped you will receive an email with a tracking ID.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Invoices are available on request. Wholesale customers can download invoices via their account page.
